Clean Books Promise™ Terms & Conditions

The Clean Books Promise™ applies to bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up services under the following conditions:

1.Scope of Work

Promise covers up to 12 months of bookkeeping cleanup. Additional months/years will require a separate agreement and timeline.

2.Client Cooperation

The 30-day timeline begins only after Easy Peasy Ledger has received all requested documents, account access, and responses to outstanding questions.
Delays in providing information will extend the timeline accordingly.

3.Timeline Guarantee

Easy Peasy Ledger guarantees to deliver organized, accurate, and tax-ready books within 30 days of receiving all required records.
If completion is not achieved within this timeframe due to factors within Easy Peasy Ledger’s control, services will continue at no extra charge until the books are clean.

4.Exclusions

Promise does not cover IRS/State notices, amended returns, or tax issues outside the bookkeeping cleanup.
Promise does not apply to accounts with missing or incomplete records that make reconciliation impossible.

5.Good Faith Requirement

This guarantee assumes mutual cooperation and good faith. Easy Peasy Ledger reserves the right to withdraw the guarantee if client is unresponsive or fails to provide necessary records.
